Open the 
Service Item Groups window.
Contains the different service item groups that you can assign to your service items, service item lines, and items. You can use service item groups to group together related items or service items and define various default values for these items.
In this window, you can also create new service item groups.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
