Open the 
Outlook Synch. Fields window.
Maps Microsoft Dynamics NAV fields to the corresponding Outlook properties. In this window you set up the level 3 synchronization.
This window has a different set of fields depending on where it is opened from and depending on the way the fields for the Master Table and the supplementary table are mapped. The master table is specified in the header of the Outlook Synch. Entity window and the supplementary table is specified on the lines of the same window.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
