Open the 
Salutation Formulas window.
Allows you to enter a formal and an informal salutation for each language you want to use when interacting with your contacts.
In this window, you see the formal and informal salutations written in the language specified in the Language Code field. When you create the salutation, you can use the options in the Name 1 .... Name 5 fields by inserting %1 .... %5 in the Salutation field.
