Open the 
Activity window.
Contains information about the different activities in the program. Activities are larger tasks, composed of several steps. All the steps within an activity are related to each other by a date formula.
The Activity window is composed of two parts:

The header, which contains basic information about the activity.

The lines, which contain the different steps within the activity. There is one line for each activity step.
In this window, you can also enter new activities.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
