Open the 
Rlshp. Mgt. Comment Sheet window.
Shows the comments that you have entered about your contacts, campaigns, to-dos, and so on. This window displays different information according to where you open it from. For example, if you open the Rlshp. Mgt. Comment Sheet window from a contact card, it displays the comments you have entered for that particular contact.
In this window, you can also enter new comments.
For Help about a specific field, click the field and press F1.
