Open the 
Column Layout window.
Specifies how you want to set up columns for an account schedule manually. In the Acc. Sched. Column Layout window, you define each layout by setting up both the visible columns that will appear in the reports and the intermediary columns that are used for calculation only.
The window contains a line for each column.
