Depends on whether the window opened when you entered the customer's number on a sales header or the window opened when you entered a quantity or an amount on a new sales line.

If the window opened when you entered the customer's number on the sales header, this field contains the amount in the Amount Including VAT field for the sales header.

If the window opened when you entered a quantity or an amount on a new sales line, this field contains the sum of the amounts in the Outstanding Amount (LCY) and Shipped Not Invoiced (LCY) fields on the sales line.
