Open the 
Item Journal Batches window.
Displays the item journal batches that have been set up in the program, and if you need to create new ones, you do it here also.
For each item journal batch, you set up one line, which shows the name and the description of the item journal batch as well as the number series, the posting number series, and the reason code for the journal batch. Item journal batches that have been set up correctly can be posted directly from this window.
