Open the 
Res. Gr. Statistics window.
The Res. Gr. Statistics window is available from the resource group card. To open the window from the card, on the Home tab, in the Process group, choose Statistics. The statistics window provides detailed information about usage and sales for each resource group. The window displays both the units of measure and the corresponding amounts. The statistics window has a Usage FastTab and a Sale FastTab for amounts sold.
Each FastTab is divided into the following columns.
| Amount per Period | Description |
|---|---|
Month of current work date | Shows the amounts for the month of the current work date. |
This Year | Shows the amounts for the year of the current work date. |
Last Year | Shows the amounts for the year before the year of the current work date. |
Total | Accumulates the amounts from the corresponding line. Total = <Month> + This Year + Last Year |
The lines of the Usage FastTab display the following.

Capacity | Specifies the capacity of the current resource group. It is the same value that is displayed in the Res. Group Capacity. |
Unused Capacity | Specifies the difference between the capacity and the capacity used: Unused Capacity = Capacity - Charg. Usage + Not Charg. Usage |

Units | Specifies the nonchargeable usage, which is displayed in units of measure. Nonchargeable usage can be posted in the resource group journal and the job journal. |
Price | Specifies the nonchargeable usage, which is displayed in unit prices. Nonchargeable usage can be posted in the resource group journal and the job journal. |
Chargeable Usage | |
Units | Specifies the nonchargeable usage, which is displayed in unit prices. Chargeable usage can be posted in the resource group journal and the job journal. |

Chargeable % (Units) | Specifies the chargeable percentage: Chargeable % = (Chargeable Units + Nonchargeable Units) * 100 |
The lines of the Sale FastTab display the following.

Invoiced | Specifies the unit prices of postings of the type sale. Sales can be posted in the resource group journal and the sales lines. |
Invoiced % | Specifies the percentage of invoiced amounts in unit prices: Invoiced % = (Invoiced(LCY) / Usage(UnitPrice)) * 100 |
Usage (Cost) | Specifies the usage in unit costs. This displays both the chargeable and the nonchargeable usage. Usage can be posted in the resource group journal and the job journal. |
Profit | Profit = Invoiced (LCY) - Usage (Cost) |
Profit % | Profit % = Profit / Invoiced (LCY) * 100 |
You can set a filter in order to see the information for individual phases, tasks, or steps.
