Open the 
Resource Journal window.
You use the Resource Journal window to post usage and sales of your resources for internal use and statistics. The entries do not have any connection to G/L accounts and cannot be posted to the general ledger (in contrast to job entries).
You select the relevant journal batch, and then you enter information about the resource usage and sales to be posted on the lines.
