Open the 
Resource Prices window.
You use the Resource Prices window to set up alternative sales prices in addition to those on the resource card. You can use filters to apply these alternative prices to a specific resource, a resource group or to all resources. You can also create sales prices that apply only to specific jobs.
The window contains a line for each price. You can fill in as many alternative prices as you need.
