Open the 
Cost Journal Batches window.
Set up new cost journals under a specific cost template. You use the window to set up new cost journals under a specific cost template. You can also post cost journals from the window. There is a separate cost journal batch window for each cost journal template.
The window contains a line for each cost journal.
