Open the 
Cost Budget Registers window.
Shows transferred and allocated cost budget entries. A register is created every time a budget entry is created. Every register shows the first and last entry numbers of its entries.
The cost entries in the register come from the following sources:

Transfers from the general ledger budget.

Manually created cost budgets.
-
Cost journals.
-
Cost allocations.
