Open the 
Inventory Posting Groups window.
Specifies one or more inventory posting groups.
When you have created inventory posting groups, you must link to the relevant G/L accounts in the Inventory Posting Setup window.
This will make it possible for you to enter an inventory posting group code in the Inventory Posting Group field on each item card and have information about posting follow automatically.
