Open the 
Implement Registered Absence window.
Implements the absence entries that you have made in the Reg. Abs. (from Machine Ctr.), Reg. Abs. (from Work Center), and Absence windows.
The batch job implements the entries in the Calendar Absence Entry table.
You view absence entries from a work center or machine center card by clicking Related Information and then clicking Absence.
Options
Overwrite: Overwrites any existing absence entries on this particular date and time for the machine center or work center in question.
