Open the 
Whse. Calculate Inventory window.
Inserts items from the Item table in the warehouse physical inventory journal. You run this batch job in the warehouse physical inventory journal by clicking the Actions menu, pointing to Functions, and then clicking Calculate Inventory.
When you run the batch job, the program retrieves lines for each bin that contains the items you specified. To print a document showing the journal lines, use the 
Whse. Phys. Inventory List report. This list is filled in by those counting the items bin by bin. Later you enter the quantities counted on the lines of the journal next to the quantities calculated by the program.
Fill in the fields on the Options FastTab as follows:
- Registering Date: Enter the date for the registering of this batch job. The program automatically enters the work date in this field, but you can change it.
- Whse. Document No.: Here you can specify which document number will be entered in the Document No. field on the journal lines created by the batch job. The program automatically enters the next number from the number series on the journal batch, but you can manually change it.
- Items Not on Inventory: Place a check mark in the check box if you want the program to insert lines for items that are not on inventory (that is, lines for items where the value in the Quantity Calculated field is 0) in the physical inventory journal.
