With the 
Outlook Synch. Change Log Set. batch job, you can register the Change Log settings.
Outlook Synch Entity FastTab
On the Outlook Synch Entity FastTab, you can define what will be include in the batch job by setting filters.
Code field: Enter the code of the Outlook synchronization entity. This field is selected on the batch job by default.
If you want to include more information, you can select additional fields to be included in the batch job. To do this, click the AssistButton in the Field field and then select the relevant fields).
If you do not set any filters, the batch job will include all your records.
After running the batch job, you must close and reopen the company for the new change log settings to take effect.
