Open the Export Acc. Sched. to Excel window.

Exports an account schedule to an Excel workbook. When you have exported an account schedule to Excel, you can use the visual features in Excel to create presentations and so on. You can also update the Excel workbook with changes to an account schedule so that graphs and charts in Excel reflect these changes.

The exported information contains all the fields in the selected account schedule.

Additional Information

The Export Acc. Sched. to Excel batch job is run from the Acc. Schedule Overview window. You can choose to create a new workbook in Excel, or you can choose to use an existing workbook.

If you choose to update an existing workbook, you will be asked to specify the name of the Excel workbook and the worksheet that the data will be exported to.
