Open the 
Job Transfer To Planning Lines window.
Creates planning lines from posted job ledger entries. This is useful if you forgot to specify the planning lines that should be created when you posted the job journal lines.
To run the batch job, select the entries in the Job Ledger Entries window that you want to create as planning lines. On the Actions tab, in the Functions group, choose Transfer to Planning Lines.
