This topic describes how to add a new company to a Microsoft Dynamics NAV database on a virtual machine. To add a company to the Microsoft Dynamics NAV database, you use the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client or Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client.
To add a Microsoft Dynamics NAV company
On the virtual machine, open the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Windows client or Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client.
On the Home tab, in the Manage group, choose Edit List.
Choose an empty row, and then, in the Company Name field, enter the name of the new company
